Client Referral Scheme
Blue Planet IT “Refer a Business” Campaign Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility:
The referrer must be an existing customer of Blue Planet IT.
The referred business must be a new customer to Blue Planet IT and must not have had any prior contracts or services with Blue Planet IT. - Referral Process:
Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form available on the Blue Planet IT website.
The referred business must mention the referrer’s name and contact details at the time of initial contact or sign-up. - Qualification Criteria:
The referred business must sign up for a minimum 36-month IT support contract with Blue Planet IT.
The contract must be signed and active for at least 30 days before any referral rewards are issued. - Referral Rewards:
The referrer will receive a reward of a £250 Amazon voucher or a £300 donation to a charity of your choice from our pre-selected list for each successful referral.
Rewards will be issued within 60 days after the referred business’s contract has been active for 30 days. - Limitations:
There is no limit to the number of businesses a customer can refer.
Referrals cannot be made to businesses that are subsidiaries, affiliates, or have any existing relationship with the referrer. - General Conditions:
Blue Planet IT reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
Any disputes arising from the referral program will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. - Confidentiality:
All information regarding the referred business and the referrer will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of the referral program. - Miscellaneous:
Blue Planet IT is not responsible for any technical issues or failures that may affect the submission or processing of referrals.
The referral reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
