As Managing Director, he is responsible for setting customer and business strategy, driving sustainable growth through IT services, and ensuring organisations are protected against the evolving cyber-threat landscape. With experience spanning SMEs through to large, multi-national organisations across commercial and education sectors, Joe is known for his approachable, professional leadership style and strong focus on long-term customer partnerships.

Grant Milsom

Head of Service Delivery & Business Development

Grant has over 13 years’ experience in IT, progressing from an apprenticeship through technical support roles to senior leadership. As Head of Service Delivery and Business Development at Blue Planet IT, he leads a high-performing support team, ensuring exceptional service delivery while driving business growth through new customer acquisition and the expansion of existing client relationships. His strong focus on customer satisfaction enables him to align operational excellence with sustainable commercial success.

Jamie Woolward

Head of Professional Services

Jamie has worked in the world of IT for over 15 years, starting out as a support engineer before moving into more senior consultancy and solution specialist roles. Jamie has a wealth of knowledge in cloud migration, digital transformation, security, and online data management. Jamie is extremely passionate about all things technical, working with customers from all industries to help them succeed with the use of technology, and is dedicated to providing exceptional IT services.

Helen Gordon

Finance Manager

With over 30 years in Business, Helen brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge. Her day-to-day responsibilities include managing both the HR and finance teams as well as being an important member of the Blue Planet IT senior leadership team.
